About the event
The Mayor’s proposal will bring excessive height, density and use changes to residential neighborhoods and existing neighborhood commercial districts. It will add commercial uses to areas where these uses DO NOT currently exist. The plan will promote building demolition, displace residential tenants and small businesses, impact neighborhood character, and threaten our thriving neighborhood commercial districts.
Attend this meeting to:
Learn how to navigate and understand the various maps (height increase, local program, base map, and use district maps) that are embedded in the proposed legislation
Pinpoint key changes of the Mayor’s Legislation that impact your residential neighborhood and your neighborhood commercial corridors
