The proposed Marina Safeway project is moving forward under California's ministerial housing laws without a Planning Commission hearing, without a Board of Supervisors vote, and without the environmental review that projects of this magnitude and known hazardous conditions have traditionally received.​

The California Stewardship Fund (CSF) is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(4) charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service.

Contributions to the Marina Safeway Legal & Technical Review Fund are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution. A donation receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

Funds may be used for legal review, expert analysis, public records requests, engineering and environmental consulting, community education, and other activities that further the charitable mission of protecting public health, safety, and informed civic participation.

Any remaining funds will continue to be used for charitable purposes consistent with the California Stewardship Alliance's mission and applicable nonprofit laws.
