FAMILY ZONING PLAN – Informational Presentation on the updated zoning map proposal and upcoming zoning amendments to implement the Housing Element, in accordance with state requirements. The zoning proposal will increase allowable heights and density to enable additional housing production in state designated “Housing Opportunity Areas.” The presentation will include an updated Zoning Proposal map, overview of proposed zoning amendments, description of an accompanying financial feasibility analysis, updates on community engagement, and next steps.
