Addressing affordable housing is a complex challenge that demands precise, comprehensive solutions that include a holistic community-building vision. YIMBY lobbyist and their donor-controlled politicians demand punitive height increases (upzoning) and redevelopment that will irrevocably transform and needlessly gentrify San Francisco without providing the affordable housing the city needs. We must stop wealth-extracting luxury development and protect our vibrant commercial corridors, small businesses, and existing rent-controlled housing stock.
